Privacy & legal

Last updated: October 2026 · This is a placeholder policy and will be finalised before public launch.

Who we are

Nummera is a product of Northloop Group AB (Org.nr 559579-7787), Stockholm, Sweden. For privacy questions, contact alex@northloop.se.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we process the name, company (optional), email address and message you provide, solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use this data for advertising and do not sell it. The submission is delivered to us by email via Microsoft Azure Communication Services.

Legal basis & retention

Processing is based on your consent / our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)). We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete them.

Cookies and site statistics

If you accept cookies, we measure how our site is used so we can make it more relevant and improve our marketing. We record which pages and sections you view and for how long, what you click, your device and browser, your IP address, your approximate location and network (looked up from the IP address), and how you found us. If you arrive through a link in an email from us, we connect the visit to that email. If you then send us the demo form, we connect it to your earlier visits.

We set one cookie, nm_id, so we recognise your browser when you come back, and one, nm_c, that remembers your choice. Both last 13 months. If you reject optional cookies, we set only nm_c.

If you reject optional cookies, or haven’t chosen yet, we still measure how the site is used, without cookies or anything else stored on your device. We record the pages you open and, on each, which sections you reached, how far you scrolled, how much of the product film you watched, what you clicked, whether you started or sent the demo form, roughly how long you were active, the type of device and browser, and how you found us (the referring site or campaign). We keep these visit records for 30 days, and after that only daily totals.

To see when the same visitor opens several pages, or comes back within the same week, we connect page views with a code calculated from your IP address and browser details. The calculation uses a secret that we replace every Monday and delete, so the code can’t be turned back into your IP address and codes from different weeks can’t be connected.

While a page is open, it also tells us every 30 seconds that it is still open and which section is on screen, so we can see how many people are on the site right now. The first time a visitor code appears, we look up the approximate city and the network you browse from (your company’s, or your internet provider’s) from your IP address. We keep the IP address with that result until we have checked that the network was identified correctly, and at most 90 days; then we delete the IP address and keep only our note of the company, if any, with the visitor code. We also keep daily totals per city and per company network. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal turns all of this off. If you opened the page from a personal link in an email from us, we also note that the link was opened and which page, without a cookie or your IP address.

The data is stored in Microsoft Azure in the EU and used only by us. We don't sell it or share it for advertising. We delete IP addresses after 90 days and everything else after 13 months. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); for the measurement without cookies, our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site (Art. 6(1)(f)); and for links in our emails, our legitimate interest in following up on our own outreach (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object to either by emailing us. Location and network come from IP Geolocation by DB-IP.

You can change your choice at any time: , or use Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page. Choosing "Reject optional" after accepting deletes what we recorded about you.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure (EU regions). Standard server logs may be processed by the hosting platform for security and reliability.
